Welcome to the USS Alicorn

The USS Alicorn is an Intrepid Class space ship attached to Bravofleet's TaskForce 44

We are currently recruiting for ship wide positions, if you are a role-player who likes to create more than just a bland paragraph of text and wants to actively participate in the adventure as well as be able to add your own plot twists and character development to the story, then this SIMM is for you.

To become an integral part of our crew and work amongst some of the finest writers in our fleet, sign up today. Any questions? write to the CO or XO. We are a play by forum simulation, all our IC and OOC participation is done through: forum.uss-alicorn.com

The Alicorn is a ship of exploration, we don’t carry any marines nor do we fight in the thick of the Federation’s battles; but we’re the fastest Intrepid class out of the shipyards and we put that speed to good use exploring the far reaches of the Alpha Quadrant. We are the inheritors of Kirk’s first five-year mission, to explore and to endeavor, to get to know more about the cosmos around us. We are diplomats, the ambassadors of the Federation, we are the lone Starfleet vessel in the black, going beyond the stars where even your imagination has not gone before.

"The James T. Kirk Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer of the Year Award - 2006
Recipent Character:Liorae Saheir
Simm: U.S.S. Thesis
Task Force: Task Force 21
Nominated by: Paul Redford

Liorae has established and continues to develop the USS Thesis simm extremely well
(please visit: http://www.uss-thesis.com/) as well as becoming a highly involved member of the Task Force Senior Officers in Task Force 21. She has taken it upon herself to create a new website in 2006
(visit: http://www.tf21.bravofleet.com)
as well as setting up the TF21's Forums
(visit: http://tf21.bravofleet.com/tf21forum/) and continuing to manage all of these websites as well as stay a productive Task Group CO. She has set herself up as a quality player, who is dedicated to her simm, her Task Force as well as Bravo Fleet. She sets the example to other COs to what is expected from the COs within Bravo Fleet, and the high standards our simms provide for many of our members.

Along with this she continues to serve many BF members with graphical and website support with her talented skills.

Liorae went through some tough personal issues in recent months, however she never neglected her duties and responsibilities, she kept a positive vibe when discussing various aspects of BF life with the numerous players she communicates with.

She's always happy to help in any way she can and always keeps her door open to any one who needs a friend to chat with.

She truly does deserve the James T.Kirk Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer of the Year Award.

So once again Congratulations to those players who have recieved the 2006 awards. Well …. and especially a big round of applause for Liorae in TF21!!"

It is an honour and pleasure to have worked with Liorae for several years; she is a most dedicated and deserving individual. The Thesis crew wishes her continued sucesss!
